Suggested Usage

For Cooking
- You can cook with olive oil by using 2-3 tablespoons or as directed by the recipe. Be careful cooking in low heat with olive oil as it can get unstable once exposed to high heat.
- For salads, just sprinkle 1 table spoon (or as desired) on the salad.

- Apply and massage as much olive oil needed on to the roots. Leave for 20-25 minutes before you rinse it out.

For Dry skin
- Apply a few drops on the dry patch and gently dab the oil till it absorbs in to the skin. Furthermore, you may even use it as a carrier oil by mixing a few drops of essential oil before application.
