No Refund Policy: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, especially for Nursing, Beauty, and skin care products.
Exchange Policy: We are happy to exchange any unworn/un-used item returned in its original packaging, with its receipt, within 3 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in new condition, with the tag label secure.
Color Variation: Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting or monitor settings, and thus, are not eligible for exchange for these reasons.
Exchange Process: Exchanging items for a different size is free, based on stock availability. You bear the courier charges for return, and we refund the item cost to your bank account.
Processing Time: Replacement may take 7 to 8 working days, depending on item availability and pickup/delivery processes.
